- 3.Connect your wallet.
- 4.Scroll down to find “My Dashboard”. Select the item to unstake from the list that appears when you click on "All Validators".

- 5.Click “Unstake”. You can also choose “Unstake” from the “BIFROST Network Staking” list.

Nominators can request a withdrawal at any time after completing the unstaking process. However, they must wait for the unstaking period to expire before receiving rewards. For more details, please refer to the "BIFROST Network in numbers" section to check the round information.
